All prices are in British Pounds (GBP) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Billing is handled securely by our payment processor, LemonSqueezy.
Subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis starting from the date your free trial ends. Your payment method will be charged automatically at the beginning of each billing cycle.
You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your account settings. Upgrades take effect immediately, and any price difference will be prorated. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
If a payment fails, we will attempt to process it again. If payment cannot be collected after reasonable attempts, your account may be suspended until the outstanding balance is settled.
TradeQuoteAI offers a 14-day free trial on all subscription plans. During the trial period, you have full access to all features included in your chosen plan.
A valid payment method is required to start a free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically begin and your payment method will be charged at the applicable plan rate.
Each user is entitled to one free trial only. We reserve the right to revoke trial access if we detect abuse, such as creating multiple accounts to obtain additional trials.

The TradeQuoteAI name, logo, website design, software, features, and all associated content are the intellectual property of TradeQuoteAI and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on any part of the Service without our prior written consent.
You retain ownership of all content you create using TradeQuoteAI, including your quotes, invoices, client data, and business information ("Your Content"). By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to store, process, and display Your Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
We will not sell, share, or use Your Content for any purpose other than delivering the Service, unless required by law.

As TradeQuoteAI offers a 14-day free trial on all plans, we generally do not provide refunds for subscription payments. You have the opportunity to fully evaluate the Service before being charged.
However, we understand that exceptional circumstances may arise. If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please contact us at hello@tradequoteai.com within 7 days of the charge in question. We will review each request on a case-by-case basis and may, at our sole discretion, issue a full or partial refund.
Refunds, if approved, will be processed through LemonSqueezy and returned to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
